Standard shipping for small accessories takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like treadmills, power racks, or weight benches, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days via specialized freight carriers.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with certified technicians to offer white-glove assembly services for home and commercial gym setups. You can select the 'Professional Assembly' option at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wearable items and personal recovery tools cannot be returned once opened.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Fitness Avenue equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically includes a lifetime warranty on frames, 2-5 years on parts, and 1 year for labor, depending on the specific brand and model.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
