  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
