This 20kg Olympic barbell is engineered to meet International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards. It features a 28mm shaft diameter and precise IWF knurl markings, helping you maintain consistent hand placement and lifting mechanics. A hybrid needle-bearing system, combining inner-race and standard needle bearings, provides exceptionally smooth sleeve rotation—ideal for fast, technical lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk.
The centre knurl provides added stability during squats while maintaining comfort during front-loaded lifts such as cleans and front squats.
